It's a regular season award. I'd give it to Mark Jackson, but Kark had a nice year too. Bulls had a good season, but had some real bad losses at home.

If the vote were to take place based on what has transpired in the playoffs, Thibs would be much higher on the list, like 1st or 2nd.
