I was watching this joke of a press conference on TV at the gym and boy oh boy it didn't disappoint.

I giggled when he said "Well, you know, the biggest thing to take away from all of these things is that these powers weren't abused, they weren't used incorrectly..." or something like that....totally missing the point that the very existence of the surveillance states, the NSA demanding passwords from providers, collecting data, wanting backdoors into everything, the secret courts, the new found ability for the Fed Govt. to detain American citizens indefinitely without cause or reason is abuse at its very core.

They didn't even touch on the intimidation of the media.

Pathetic.

Makes me X-Static that we have the 2nd Amendment.
