Conway stories! Awesome!

At Platteville, middle of nowhere, Curtis hated it so much, was ready to write Wanny a check to return the signing bonus he hated it so much up there, he wanted to just go back to LA!

yeah wanny's been the goods doing these media appearances over the last few years. that curtis conway story is perfect considering the whole "homesick california kid" thing was something even i remember as a causal non-observer of the bears in teh 90s.

Yeah, that was a great couple of hours with Rosenbloom, Grote, and guests. It's how the Score should be more often. Wanny was fantastic....great memory and great stories.

It seems that most of these guys just forgot how to have fun on the air. It's just not been enjoyable to listen to The Score lately. Like Peoria Matt, I couldn't listen today... the one day I wish I could have. We need more of these Grote/Rosie/Wanny type shows.
