 yeah I was just reading about this guy.

NO way he is 300. He is 350 at least, maybe more like 375.

Here's an action shot. He's downright Seaveresque.

He's gotta be pushing 400. I'm 6'2 and was 360 earlier this year and even I didn't look like that. Though I'm sure I wasn't far from it.

Well, it's not like he's an athlete, he's a baseball player.

Looking closer at those stats, how the Hell do you start 5 games and only pitch 16.2 innings in 17 total games? Start and face one or two batters then get pulled? A closer with fewer innings than games yes, but a starter?

Actually, getting the poop out might be an issue!

(Sox sign him in the 37th rd and claim they did so because Coop saw something)

Coaches use non-conference games as bullpen days. They'll use 6-9 pitchers to get them all some work. The Big Fella may have been the "starting" pitcher but he was not going to go more than an inning or two.

Anyone else hear Spiegel and Goff talking about him? Spiegel admitted to wearing sweatpants instead of baseball pants when he played at Emerson because they couldn't get a pants size big enough to fit him.

Is Emerson college or high school?

Damn you CIJ!!!! I'm still posting these!! :)

Can't believe nobody's made these jokes yet. Besides CIJ...

The kid leads the league in bad cholesterol.

His slash line of 200/100/100 represents his blood pressure and resting heart rate.

The pitcher's mound has to be raised after inning he pitches.

I wonder if in big spots he sweats bullets or cheetos?

Somewhat in check?! He's not a tad overweight. The dude is morbidly obese. That's quite a distance from somewhat in check. He makes Bobby Janks look svelte.

 at CIJ and the Cheetoh's joke.

well he can still move around a bit. I don't want him to go 5 or 6 clicks and live a life stuck in bed.
