I filed a hail damage claim with them for damage to my car. They sent a rep out today to my office. He examined the car, finished the claim in his car, and issued me a check 15 minutes later. Could not have gone smoother. They did a great job of having someone come out back in March when I had a flat. Yes, I can change a tire, but it was single digits outside that day, and I was in my dress clothes.

Bonus points for not having that Caller Bob Flo as a spokesperson!
