Rivera got his start under Wanny, then under Andy Reid.

You know, gang, I always knew those guys had what it took to coach in this league. As players they all thought like coaches. #votetrump

I was thinking about that. What was the story? Rivera wanted to blitz?

I dont know. The Cover-2 got em there. I cant imagine abandoning it in the Super Bowl.

Lovie was always pretty poor at making in-game adjustments. He always thought his gameplan was good enough to win. That confidence should probably be admired because there were lots of times his gameplans were good and he did win a lot of games with the Bears. But, there were also a lot of times were tweaking small things here and there could have won him a lot more games....and, despite Grossman putting the ball on the turf a lot, probably a Super Bowl ring.

You could argue that Rex & Rob Ryan also are a roundabout part of the Ditka coaching tree.

Kudos on the correct usage of the quote function!
