Two things. Yes the Feinstein thing was like he was in his bathroom. As far as Phelps this and all of Drinky's updates yesterday bugged me. Yes he got a DUI and fucked up. But why the emphasis on second one in 10 years? In most states they do not even look back 10 years to add up if a current DUI is a second or more offense.
