Hugh Neff, Evanston boy wins his second Yukon Quest, the world's toughest dog sled race. It may not be as high profile as the Iditarod, but it's tougher nonetheless. And Hugh is the greatest musher in the world. He'll get his Iditarod one of these years. Extra shoutout to his lead dog, George Costanza. If there's any justice in this world the City of Evanston will erect a statue of Hugh and George in Leahy Park.
