Right move to trade for him. Never should have been extended especially at that price. They did seem to learn that lesson with (Pro Bowl QB) Trubisky though.

Exactly....the 2nd contract was a head scratcher. In 5 seasons with the Bears it was clear who / what he was. I get they didn't have anyone in the wings waiting to take over, but it was another waste of 3 years on a guy you knew was garbage.
