With all due respect your posts aren't making sense. They didn't have to use the WHO test. All they had to do was copy it. They also could have outsourced the work to a number of private corps (which they are going to do now). The CDC created a dysfunctional test. WHO did not.

Those 2 things were fairly easy.

The German doctor that created the test for the WHO has pretty much said as much.
