No. She is refusing to perform her duties as assigned. If I refused to perform my duties as assigned, I would be fired.

If anything, I would think that the county attorney should be looking to see if there is some sort of recall or impeachment process to see if further action can be taken. I don't know how that works in Kentucky, though.

I do think she should do her job. If she finds it so reprehensible, she should be willing to move on.

If my company came to me and demanded that we all convert to Hinduism or Buddahism, or denounce all religious beliefs, you can damn well bet that I'd be looking to get out.
