St. Louis bounced the bootlicking prosecutor who helped Darren Wilson avoid trial too.

If there was NO case, there wasn't a trial to help him avoid.

You are either mentally ill, or the most blatantly insincere poster on this site.

You haven't disputed once up to this point whether McCulloch actually played a role more akin to defense attorney rather than prosecutor in front of the grand jury and whether that was an abdication of his responsibilities or completely justifiable. If you'd like to actually discuss whether that was the case or not, feel free, but nothing you've posted actually contradicts my initial post. You've merely tried to distract from it by going on about Holder and the true ( ) nature of the case.

I absolutely addressed it.

There was no case. Despite your pitiful and despicable insinuation that there was.

I'm 100% certain that Holder would have brought a case had there been one.

So to summarize your post, you are happy that a prosecutor who didn't go after a cop who was innocent, lost re-election in a state and city you have nothing more than a passing interest in.

You do realize that the standard in a federal civil rights prosecution is higher than it would have been for the charges McCulloch "attempted" to bring? And that there are multiple other reasons beyond the strict merits of the case that could have precluded Holder from taking further action, right? And that using the non-occurrence of federal civil rights case alone to conclude there was no case flat out at the state level doesn't logically follow, right?

To summarize your position, you are happy to let a prosecutor completely abdicate his responsibilities just because the accused happens to be a cop and believe that a separate federal charge not being brought simply proves he was right and justified all along to play defense attorney at the grand jury?

Link for this story btw. I had no idea what you were talking about when this started. Don’t follow Missouri politics as closely as you.

Trust liberals to feel sorry for a 300# thug who tried to kill a cop. And how about all of the people killed or injured by the results of the BLM movement.
