this afternoon was glorious. wife had work today so kickoff was set up perfectly. went to a browns bar down the street and watched an ridiculously sloppy comeback tie. browns gonna brown but damn that was exciting. feels so right to have nfl back on sundays.

football is back!

The start of a football season is unlike any other sport. The games are immediately important. There is no time to ease into the season. You jump in with both feet. Football then empties you entirely by the end so that by February, your relationship with it feels like a failing marriage.
