The 2017 WNBA Draft did not out-draw the 2017 NHL Draft, as LTG predicted. Frank isn't even trying to average the audience captured for the entire 2017 WNBA Draft across all of its rounds, which would cause a precipitous drop from the 273K high-mark. It's important to note here that LTG only wants to use the high-points of NBA ratings and the average viewership across all of the NFL Draft.
