Apparently voting for one particular candidate earns you a derogatory name and the implication that your vote cast is shameful and something you will not admit to, as if it were a dirty crime to not vote for their preferred candidate. The other implication is that you are uneducated or ignorant for voting for this candidate.
This is still (sort of) a democracy where you are allowed to vote for a candidate of your choice of your own free will for your own reasons and you owe no explanations to anyone nor do are you obligated to reveal your motivations. The fact that you're painted as a cracker or dumbass or racist for the simple act of voting is a bad trend that has sadly taken root at this board.

Did you think it was necessarily shameful when people bashed me non stop for supporting Hillary Clinton? It has only gone on for about what, a year now?

Her he goes again folks. Gotta be about him and his love of HRC,step right up.

I don't recall asking you though. It is a fair question. He made a statement about people being referred to as racists for supporting Trump. That is a false statement which you'd know something about not so coincidentally. I called people out for criticizing others while refusing to acknowledge something that is painfully obvious. The bashing of Hillary Clinton is not in line with a group that proports to like neither side. It is disproportionate to the number that proport to dislike either side. It was time to call it that is all.

I don't care honestly who you or anyone else votes for. Its a democracy and I'm a democrat. I just find it interesting that people are so defensive about a guy that they proport not to like. You and many of the others that are so defensive still have never provided any real reason why you dislike him to be honest.

There's also nobody here promoting Trump in the same way you and some others are pushing Clinton. Or did you miss that fact?

If you were called names or if it were implied you're stupid or racist for your vote then yes it's inappropriate.

miss a little miss a lot! Been called a Bernie Hater buy Leash think an anti semite though not by him. Think it was JOrr on that one. If not apologies for the mistake JORR. SOmeone called me that. I have been referred to as a Hillbot (among other things) by the great Someguy. There have been a number of names attached to that support of Hillary. I'm not a Terry Boers sensitive man of the nineties though. I can take it. I just find it interesting that you choose now to talk about people and their name calling.

I have never referred to anyone on this board as a racist for supporting Trump. That is their choice. I have suggested that a lot of his support comes from racist. "Lot" can be whatever number a person attaches to it. I would never refer to a person as that without evidence.

Hate is a very very big mistake. It rhymes with frustrate, and aggravate. Let me just tell you why I won't abbreviate.

I don't believe I ever called you an anti-Semite. I may have asked you if Sanders being a Jew had anything to do with your distaste for him.

I always had a problem with his policies and I also questioned his Democratic inclinations. I doubted his authenticity and questioned the opportunistic way he conveniently became a Democrat (after 30 years). I never made his religion a part of my rant. It was irrelevant to me.

Yeah, no. You insinuated that I am a blind partisan hack, and then got on your soapbox to passive aggressively call out people for questioning who others vote for.

Don't crap me, now.

What about Mickey Charles Mantle? Or if Brian Cashman ran as a Republican?

That's not true. Maybe 50.

We gonna poll the board? We know how well that worked out lately.

You tell yourself that, but I have 10 years of reading this board and discussing politics on this board that says otherwise.

I can't name more than just a few people on this board that would seriously vote for either a Democrat, Republican or Independent based on their actual policies and assessments of other candidates.

I would vote for Hillary Clinton against Brian Cashman.

I hate both of them a lot, but he sucks all the joy out my baseball watching. She would just ruin the country.

Let's be honest.

Until I see one actually acknowledge climate change, I won't.

If Republicans seriously reached out to black people I'd do it. I don't play the identity game either. I voted for Hillary over Obama. I made bets about it and took flak over it.

Republicans have no interest in the black vote and haven't for decades. They also implement policies that hinder black people. i Can't get past that.
