Thank you for being a most gracious host yesterday. The course was in excellent shape, the beer was cold, the food was outstanding, and the company couldnt have been better. Even the weatherman cooperated with a nearly perfect day.

Furious shot a -1 with little to no help from the rest of us :lol:

Spany is a much better player than he showed yesterday. If Don can straighten out his drive and chip a little bit, he could put up some 90s for sure. Outside of a couple drives and hitting 2 greens on long par 3s, I struggled most of the day.

also i can't help but think of carlin's routine on sports where he says "have you ever noticed with sports that the smaller the ball is the more space you need to play the game?" way 2 go golf!

What a great event.

The course was in terrific shape. Nice layout. The pace of play was the best I've seen for a scramble. Food was first rate. Most excellemt playing partners. The only downside was the jackasses in the group ahead. Completely inappropriate behavior; at one point it reverted to a game of "throw golf." What a sorry display.

I hope they are asked not to return.
