EDIT: Nevermind. Couldn't hear the cop on the first watch. Listening more closely, he was trying to get the dude to leave, then told him to put his hands behind his back, whitey then put hands on him. Clean shoot.

Only thing cop could've done differently is cuff em both as soon as he got there. He tried to be nice and let em go. They really wanted to get arrested.
