I did when people were saying bring in the National Guard for 400 murders in a year. We're looking at a 50% increase in murders this year. That's a major problem.

Biggest difference is they no longer stop random people or clear off street corners without complaints. Until they get a call they aren't going to do anything unless they specifically see something. Which is what most people want.

It is. Violent crime had been down dramatically all across the country. Murders are down about 60% from the early 90's. Even this year violent crime is down most places in the country.
