I know some will say it is way down from 15 years ago or whatever but that is a shocking stat. Way too many lives lost. |

I did when people were saying bring in the National Guard for 400 murders in a year. We're looking at a 50% increase in murders this year. That's a major problem. |

The San Francisco police are crying like little bitches with skinned knees (MOVIE REFERENCE) because of Colin Kaepernick. It's "To Protect and Serve", not "To Protect and Serve unless I feel that I am getting disrespected by an artist or an athlete". |

A few years ago there was barely 400. In the 1970s, the average was around 800 per year. So while it's bad that it's increasing a bit, let's have some perspective. |

There was also 3 times as many people, no cell phones and worse hospital technology back then. |

Do the job the taxpayers are paying you for and stop being so fucking thin-skinned. Biggest difference is they no longer stop random people or clear off street corners without complaints. Until they get a call they aren't going to do anything unless they specifically see something. Which is what most people want. |

Yeah I exaggerated. 700k less. The technology to get people immediate help who were shot is a thousand times better today. |

Murders are down about 60% from the early 90's. Even this year violent crime is down most places in the country. |
