It actually sucks for the fans that 2 years in a row they clinched with a loss well after they were done with their game that day.

I mean I will certainly point and laugh, but really it does suck to have to it work out that way. Its basically been since mid-May that we have known the Cubs are going to win the division, and it 'officially' happens in the middle of the night.

Are you talking about the 500-1000 drunken millennials celebrating in Wrigleyville?

No big deal. The division is quite the accomplishment,but I will not feel like celebrating anything until they at least win a pennant.

Congratulations to the Cubs and their true blue fanatics.

I couldn't be more pleased for you guys and hope they go all the way.

This city needs a WS Championship on the Northside.

Also, my FanCave at work needs one more Trib cover to round out all five team's latest championships.

For the 2nd time going back 10 years the Cubs have made the playoffs in back-to-back seasons.

4 playoff appearances in 10 years actually not that bad when you think about it.
