I often wonder what kind of hitter he would have been without steroids. I bet he would still bang out 35-40 and maybe a higher average because he was fast.

A very very very very poor man. Bonds is a HOFer without HGH. Sosa would have been a decent player. Maybe he makes an all star game if no other Cub was worthy. He's the poster boy for steroids make you a better player.

Sosa was a 30/30 guy pre-steroids. That's more than just a "guy". Once his head grew about 8 hat sizes, he slowed down and lost the speed.
