Quote: That was despite a pitched effort by some on the left who wrote letters to Trump electors trying to persuade them to switch their votes or not vote at all and keep Trump short of the 270 needed. Not only did it not happen, but more electors tried to defect from Hillary Clinton Monday than from Trump, by a count of seven to two, as of Monday afternoon. Three Democratic electors in Maine, Minnesota, and Colorado tried to vote for candidates other than Clinton. The electors' votes, however, were disallowed because of state rules binding them to the statewide popular vote winner. Four more electors in Washington state defected from Clinton. Three voted for Colin Powell and one for Faith Spotted Eagle, a Native American who gained some notoriety for her protest of the Dakota Access Pipeline. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ag1o3koTLWM |

Today, an ambassador got assassinated and a terrorist blew up a street market in Berlin. The concerted effort to get Hillary electoral votes doing the opposite is today's levity. I mean, seriously, it's really funny. |

Millions were wasted recounting votes and idiots marched with "Trump is not MY President" signs, all for naught. Maybe now the crybaby act can end and those people can accept the results of a fair election, even if they don't like the result. |

He had finally gotten (for the most part) that it was ok to be a racist asshole, just don't broadcast it. Trump has made racism great again. |

After all this bitching and reminders that it was only the 46th biggest electoral college defeat; Hillary ends up losing by an even bigger margin. She's toast. The Clinton brand is dead. |

This is but another of the fake controversies used by Trump supporters hoping to create the perception that he is somehow being victimized. If it is not the media, then it will be Hillary supporters or the "left". Meanwhile the guy that has just ran one of the longest of long cons is in the process of surrounding himself with the richest cabinet in history. There wasn't a chance in hell that his election would be overturned and this isn't even "unpresidented". |

The irony is the only one I've ever actually heard mention a "vast conspiracy" was Hillary Clinton. And are you really suggesting that the Clinton machine and the Democratic Party along with their media operatives haven't tried mightily to undermine the election results? The Washington Post actually had a headline "LAST CHANCE TO UPEND ELECTION". Upend an election?????? If Info Wars said that you'd be accusing Alex Jones of treason. No, no, come on now, who you crappin'? |

Hillary Clinton wasnt leading the charge to "upend" the election but Clinton subterfuge must always be at the center of such things. Sanders did exactly the same thing and was actually a leader and nary a peep. Surprising. |
