The sabotage nonsense is really off-putting, but the screw-up would seem to center around her in-ear monitors either not being on or not being loud enough, which if they'd done a proper sound-check earlier, would've been discovered and fixed ... who knows why they didn't do one earlier.

I'm not sure if it is representative of her ability to sing in general anymore, but I heard a performance of "All I want for Christmas is you" not long ago and it was horrible! She could not hit the notes she used to. Not even close. Her voice cracked and it was just sad. Time to live off the royalties on a beach somewhere.

They did a sound check. She sent someone else in as a stand in for her.
