On with Rose and Millar on Intentional Talk and they start busting his balls about the double error against the Brewers. Schwarber makes a joke about how he wanted to be Jeter so he set up his own flip play and is having a good laugh about what a disaster that play was. Is this guy ever an asshole? Everything about him seems genuine. Hard not to root for this guy. |

Schwarber's batting line looks like Rizzo's second year with the Cub. Rizzo was awful and everyone said he was a bust, but he turned it around. I do believe that Schwarber will be an impact hitter in this league. I also believe that he will never be a serviceable defender. His bat will help hide his defense, but with him hitting so poorly this season, he is taking a beating. |
