I was at the practice green by 6:30, hit a quick bucket at the range and just finished a 2 mile run. Haven't ran in a long time. Fucking endorphins are peaking. It was GLORIOUS today. |

I think this is wonderful. I'm sure it has to do with having an addictive personality: too much is never enough, whether that's exercise or food or heat/sun/humidity. Mind you, it was probably too much when we had the heat wave of '95 and people left and right were dropping dead, but for the most part, I feel great in conditions like these. And now I'll probably have too much for dinner. |
