Today's ruling strikes down DC's "may issue" CCW statutes as being unconstitutional under the 2nd Amendment. We can expect this to go to SCOTUS where their ruling would also strike down similar laws in NY, NJ, MD, CA, etc.

I have never been one to scream for the wild wild west but it is pretty funny how pols think they can just get around the constitution with terms like common sense....
