For some reason I read the quote in the opening post as Laver and thought Jordan was suggesting he'd beat Rod Laver at tennis on one leg. And because of MJ's ruthlessness, I didn't even doubt he'd say something like that. |

Kareem has 6 titles. Nobody ever gives him credit for that. Nobody talks about his titles. He had one with the Bucks and Magic gets all the credit for the 5 with the Lakers. But he was a big part of those titles. So I guess MJ thinks Kareem is tied with him. |
