I got Rick Pitino's autograph when he came to MC to watch Kevin Frey practice before their game in the "Great Eight" in December of 96. We should have had him, Leon Smith and Emmanuel Dildy on that team. |

This was a helluva class. I still remember watching Manual and Young hook it up at Proviso West in some neutral site game. Frank Williams and Quentin Richardson put on a show. Saw Maggette and Richardson matchup at Northwestern. High School basketball was for real back then. |
