Reminds me of a great joke Russell himself made. I think it was around the 2008 All Star game with bob costas. Paraphrasing:

Bob: Bill, with how fast paced and athletic the game has become, how do you think you would do in today’s league?

Bill: I suppose I’d average about 10 to 12 points per game.

Bob: 10 to 12? That’s it?

Bill: Well Bob you gotta remember, I’m 73 years old.
