I really understand how important animals can be in your life, but this is nature. The gator did not have any malice or ill will, it was following instinct. I don't necessarily like this.

Didn't the woman also just follow her instinct? Humans are the ultimate predator and the gator encroached on her territory. As many predators do, she responded.

I believe revenge killings are unique human behavior. I don't think primates or cetaceans do it.
