Comparatively, after watching Taylor for a half, Mayfield is Superbowl caliber. Good debut made better by ending the losing streak. Lots of hype to be had. The league will catch up to him.

Jets have a good front 7. I won't go as far as saying they have a good defense overall.

Still he rifled it around and energized the team. Now the Browns no longer have this win to look forward to what happens? They're just another below-average/bad NFL team.

If you add Trumaine Johnson and Jamal Adams to a good front 7 you have a good defense overall.

Trumaine Johnson was dreadful last night. Really bad.

Jamal Adams hasnt been that great either despite what PFFZ says.

Jamal Adams has been excellent since his career started.

Johnson was good last night and has been great for his career. He got hosed on a few awful calls last night, something DB's are just going to have to get used to in this new NFL.

That's because Tyrod Taylor sucks. Their starting edge rushers are Josh Martin and Jordan Jenkins. Journeyman. Their best pass rusher is Leonard Williams who plays the 5 tech a position that isn't going to get copious amounts of sacks to begin with . That's why they were trying to get Mack too. Where is the pass rush?

Adams has been excellent against the run and as a tackler. His coverage skills have been...fine...but as their best DB he's been not great.

Johnson had a good night last night Look I'm glad you had something better to do last night than watch Jets/Browns because if you believe that you simply didn't watch.

On some plays. On a lot of other plays he was being pressured in under two seconds. Baker looked great but a lot of his success came off arm strength and quick release as well, he wasn't getting a lot of time on most dropbacks either.
