the last time the bulls had a Jim boyl*n era I remember Ben Wallace suspending Joakim Noah for a game. IIRC that team deftly managed to avoid the #8 seed by a game or two, finished with a 1.7% chance for the #1 pick, and we all know how that turned out. Maybe the NBA feels up to rigging us another #1/ish pick? |

That '08 team only won like 32 games, no way they were in the hunt for the 8 see--(checks 2008 NBA standings) oh my they really were only four out. God. Anyway this is a magnificent shitshow and I don't think Boylen lasts the year, let alone all of next year. |

Boylen was Hoiberg’s “bad cop” and clearly embraced the role in his three-plus seasons as associate head coach. Hoiberg gave Boylen the latitude to run film sessions and practices, and players have privately stated it was Boylen coaching the team, not Hoiberg. |

They are too indecisive. They were seemingly against the tank before they were for it. They went all in in order to be an 8th seed then pulled the plug as soon as the season was over. When they whacked Thibs they made the argument about wanting guys to play less minutes and now they hire a guy that wants to run them into ground during practice. Where is the vision? |
