That's not the point...Spiral should be ecstatic that he gets to suck at the taint of some miserable psychopath micromanager and thank his lucky stars he gets to do it every day.

If you're not happy with your job then quit and move on somewhere else. I just don't understand the mentality of "sticking it" to someone who has been giving you an opportunity to make a living and trying to screw them over.

Depends how the employee has been treated. I don't know Spiral's situation but a lot of employers treat employees like garbage.
