Why bother making other food when this is this pinnacle of human creation?

I don’t know what’s hotter. The skewer that the rotisserie chicken is actually on or this taek.

I didn't discover the joy of rotisserie chicken till my wife brought one home a couple years. That should have been a food staple of mine during my bachelor years. Definitely in the rotation with a frozen pizza. A chicken, container of mashed potatoes, and a 6-pick of beer would have sufficed for many nights.

That crispy flavored and seasoned succulent skin is worthy of every taste bud working overtime.

And the hot cooked ones at costco are cheaper, faster and better than anything you can do yourself.

The nice thing about my house is that I’m the only that likes the skin.

Same here.

Mother in law hosts Thanksgiving every year and saves large swaths of skin for her favorite son in law.

And then I get some.

It still weirds me out that these things are cooked by light bulbs.

A great side to the chicken is a package of Idahoan instant mashed potatoes.

Pour the chicken container juice over those and enjoy your trip to Flavortown, my friend.

When I lived out west my future mother in law bought us one of those home rotisserie gadgets. I think we lived on chickens and instant mashed potatoes for a couple years.
