Today, George Wendt passed away. He will always be remembered as Normie from Cheers and a diehard Chicagoan. Most importantly he was one of the biggest fans of the number 1 hit show in Chicago, MANCOW TV!
He was one of the Mancow Militia. Rest in peace my friendt.

We all love Mancow here. That Jimmy Shorts character was funny as hell.

The Mancow radio personality tree was a fruity* one fo sho. It's amazing that that show spun out Jonathan Brandmeier, Marty Lennartz, and that lady on 820 AM. The twins from Sister, Sister (not the actresses; I mean David and Lisa Steinmacher, the twins who captained the popular sitcom's sound department) got their start there, too.
