In Frank's fantasy world, Rich Hahn is a great GM that operates with complete autonomy and only has minimal reporting duties to the VP and Team Owner who support him whole-hearty, are 100% committed to winning and provide adequate financial resources. Also in Franks fantasy land his favorite baseball team has made the postseason at least once this decade.

I don't think he's using the expression correctly. That would imply some kind of sabotage. Like if they hired Mike Matheney and then the Cardinals would have their 'Manchurian Manager' on the Cubs. Or is everybody in on the joke that Jurko's a dumbass but me?

"Happy" wasn't hired as manager until 2016. He was bench coach in 2015. So yes, double, as in four managers hired by Theo is double the two managers that Kenny hired. You couldn't leave well enough alone in this thread, could you? Couldn't go out on a high note. You just had to bring Kenny Williams up, then stick around to get your face kicked in again.
