yes occasionally the government has made rules about what things the government can or can not do in an effort to prevent overreach. there's this obscure document called the bill of rights, kinda pertains to that. you guys should google it.

I don't think that I've said much about the idiot governors of South Dakota, Georgia and Florida, but they haven't gone so far as to tell city mayors that they have no authority to self govern either. And I'm not the one cheering these kinds of moves either, only pointing out the hypocrisy from tea party ass clowns.
