Probably a bit of both.

It's a nice gesture that doesn't really mean anything.

Unlike 9/30/2008.

It was a great game, but lacked the greatest, highest home run of all time. OF ALL TIME!!!

Like Bo's majestic clout to seal the division clinching game in1993.

Don't believe me? Ask Dr. Ken

Seeing that live was amazing.

Was at Gully's in Champaign. (Had a funny story, but I'm exhausted.)

Not quite as amazing as a broken down useless Griffey jr. throwing a laser to gun down Cuddayer to seal the victory. That’s at least how I choose to remember the throw.

I never watched any of these shows, except in passing, before the Rona. I don't know how anyone watches any 24 hour news station during prime time hours. Generally, it is hours of bad takes and simplistic exaggerations. I know these hosts are entertainers, not journalists but this is not even entertaining.

Given our combined 140K+ posts, we have no problem with this.
