Polk Co. Florida investigators apprehended the murderer in the gruesome Florida killings of three friends who were going fishing. This sheriff should be POTUS. I amazed by his speech and professionalism. He's tougher than Tommy Lee Jones. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkejTsHt-pY |

Talk about a bad guy. 200+ felonies? Are you shitting me? At 26 years old. And the guy was out on bail for breaking a guy's arm with a crow bar? How is that SOB allowed back on the street? Man. That story was tough to see. IF there is a reason why capital punishment needs to be kept, that TJ asshole needs to be given a dirt nap quickly. |

Not sure how you can charge the other 2 with murder. They clearly had no choice or TJ was going to kill them. |

According to the press conference it sounds like the other two had no idea what was going to happen when they got to the lake. But, the Sheriff was definitely trying to pave the way for their involvement. She bought the ammo. It sounds like the brother is the one who told TJ that the victims were going to the lake. Neither of them cooperated with the police and actively lied to the cops. Gonna be tough to stick a murder on them, but they'll serve time for obstruction at the very least. |

The other two were not arrested for murder. They were arrested I believe for conspiracy to commit murder and evidence tampering. |
