Proactively reducing assessed values for property taxes for 2020. Seems fiscally irresponsible given the lack of receipts on other areas - unless tubby gets his bailout - but I’ll take it. Thank you Fritz Kaegi. |

Don't get too excited until you see your actual tax bill. Lower assessment with a higher "state equalizer" and/or "local tax rate" could me the same or higher tax due. |
