Well it was with great disappointment that my first trip to see a game at Yankee Stadium was cancelled due to Covid in June 2020. I had purchased six tickets for my annual Cubs trip group, and it was year 21 of our countrywide tour. Personally it was one of the biggest Covid hits as baseball in person is one of my favorite activities. I typically use StubHub to get exactly the seats I want especially at the higher demand stadiums. Fast forward to today, and we are looking to take our trip this year sometime in August. StubHub provided a 120% credit for the cancelled game from last year. I find that to be very classy and certainly gives me a lot of confidence in using their stellar service. |

100% agree. I got screwed over on bulls playoff tickets (Rose ACL game). We get to the UC to find out the tickets had been used by someone else. I don’t know if it was fraudulent or not on the seller’s part. Regardless, StubHub 100% refunded my purchase, AND reimbursed me for the tickets we bought at the UC. So I got to see Rose’s career-altering injury free of charge. |
