a friend of ours is actually having a wedding today. because of that song. that's the reason. so, on a tuesday, at 3pm, in the city--with street parking the only thing available and not in a really great area...let's celebrate with a wedding. this was actually rescheduled from last year, when it was going to be on a monday. |

Every offense aimed at them, but to expect a reception/celebration on a Tuesday, that's a pretty dickish move. |

We literally can’t go, and I can’t imagine it being a very fun time. I think it only lasts until 9pm anyway. Even Sunday weddings are usually pretty dreary unless it’s on a holiday weekend. |

Worst one was still my Ren Faire cousin that had his wedding on 10/10/10...God damn Sunday during football season. The capper was the lack of Ren Faire nerd costumes that I was guaranteed when I agreed to even go. |

My grandma died 44 years ago today and one of my aunts usually thinks about her mom then remembers that my birthday has passed and will call me to wish me a happy belated birthday. |

That place looks great for something like that. it's also kinda shitty weather out there to day for a wedding. grey, and probably chilly in the city. don't think i'm missing a thing. happy belated birthday, spaulding. and many more. |

If a Tuesday wedding isn’t a money thing, I have no idea what is. |

I already said why it was a Tuesday. This is in the city at a DIY venue. This is in the tens of thousands costwise. If 9/21 fell on a Saturday they’d have done it then, but that won’t happen for a while. We paid for our wedding too. We still kept our guests in mind on how much we wanted THEM to enjoy it. |
