Welp folks, Pulte Estates is under contract and is set to close on 10/8. The liquidation sale has begun. OfferUp is amazing. I am getting rid of so much used stuff at very little hassle. I just had a Banquet Beer with Leo, the guy who bought my treadmill and agree to take two tables, a tv, and a sectional off my hands. Yesterday, Carlos took five recliners from the man cave. As someone on the older end of the online revolution, I am sure the youngsters around here are using Facebook marketplace and all the other social media sites to dump stuff. But for guys my age, this is all new!

I have been spending halftime up north. My desire was to complete the Pulte sale and move to said retirement destination. But relationships involve compromise, and my lady friend does not desire to do that at this point. It is a tough call as I have a large family down here and lots of work friends too. With no kids in the house, we go out all the time….
