Tough crowd. Where are you all at when Fields plays? Love's only pick was on a back shoulder that Adams had his hands on and didn't finish because it was maybe 2 inches too high. That is a ridiculously elite throw to even attempt. He also did a nice job of not being sacked 25 times in a game where he was under constant heat.

No need for negativity.

I think it’s fair to say he’s arguably one of the 10 best QBs in the division.

Hes better than any QB on the Bears or Lions. He’s probably the 3rd best in the division and that migt be generous to Cousins

He was sacked 1 time and there wasn't a damn thing he could do about it. He did a great job of killing plays early and stepping up and running when he needed to. Throwing the screen in to the dirt when the DLineman tackled the RB because it was before 5 yds was a veteran move. He will be just fine if they go that direction instead of bringing Rodgers back.

Yup. It’s a nice feeling knowing we already have our QB of the future at the same time the Bears are ruining yet another top QB prospect

I have watched all the backups play in GB and they usually look awful. I felt fine watching Love. Say what you will about KC's D but they threw the gauntlet at him. LaFluer did not help him out either with some vanilla 1 read plays. He made him go to the line and read the D every single play and decide what to do.

There’s been a school of thought out there that Bears fans can’t adequately assess good QB play, what with all the bums who’ve rolled through Halas Hall over the years. Usually it’s brought up when people overly praise guys like Cutty, McCown, Trubinsky…Fields(?). It’s a dumb point and assumes we don’t watch other teams play, but whatever.

Noting the above, I’d like to highlight that Pack fans don’t really understand when they’re watching a shit QB. It’s been a few decades since you’ve had the pleasure and I think you may be rusty. The guy I saw today was objectively bad. He’d fit right in with the Bears’ parade of horribles.

Interesting to see Packer fans so eager to move on to Love after some mediocre play and a loss.

I’m not going to sing the praises of Love after this game but Packers fans witnessed a pretty bad Aaron Rodgers for the first few years of preseason when he was a backup to Favre. It’s why I haven’t come down on Fields. Most suck when they start out. For some the light kicks on (Josh Allen) and for many they become backups.

Not ready to move on. Hope the NFL MVP stays with GB til he retires. Just nice knowing we’re in capable hands if he does decide again he wants out.

It is, but I know bad when I see it. There’s redeemable bad and outright bad.

I think you’re stuck with the latter if whatever group runs the Pack lets the right-wing crazy walk after the season.

Yeah but you’re choosing to think that because as a Bear fan you can’t accept that GB likely still had a better QB in Love than you do in Fields.

I was not too discouraged by what I saw from a guy making his first career start. He’ll start hitting some of those timing throws more often with more experience

I think you’re off-base suggesting bears fans can’t handle the Pack having a better QB. That much should be obvious.

Seems like quintessential projecting.

Love has been in the league for 2 seasons, got to learn from a top 10 all time quarterback, worked out with the #1's all off season, has the best WR in football, has a top 5 running back, a really good head coach, and he still looked absolutely lost against one of the worst defenses in the NFL.

As a Bears fan, I am feeling a lot better about our future.
