Dave Meltzer of the Message Board Observer writes, "The rivalry of Frank and Caller Bob is reaching its pinnacle. The boys in the locker room are divided on who to back and all signs point to this feud culminating at a loser leaves the board match at this year's Halloween Havoc. The Observer, desperate for relevancy has been seen day and night at the Hinsdale Oasis calling out for his friend, Caller Bob, and is desperate for any attention the fans will give him".
