Bought sun glasses from them over a decade ago. One of the arms just fell off. Went to the Sunglass Hut to get new ones and they suggested I mail them back to Maui Jim and they will most likely repair them for free even though they aer well past the 2 year warranty. They even gave me a pre made Box with the Maui Jim repair address stamped on it. Called Maui Jim today and they couldn't be nicer. Said they would fix them for free, just have to pay the $13 shipping cost. Said that any time my glasses need to be fixed or even just tuned up a bit they will do it for free. Great company. |

you paid $400 for a $6 product of course they will fix them for free. they know you cant afford another pair

That is pretty cool that there is still a company out there that will provide a little customer service and stand behind their product. I was surprised to learn they were owned by a much larger group. In 2022, Maui Jim became part of Kering Eyewear, which belongs to the global Luxury group Kering.
