My son's furnace locked out yesterday, Darkside provided some troubleshooting direction. I'll spare you the details, but I feel confident in the path to follow, and even in the prices we have been quoted. If we were in the service area, I would not hesitate to hire Darkside for my HVAC work. I really appreciate his willingness to share some knowledge and reassure me i was on the right path. Next time he is in my neighborhood, I'm hoping to be able to pay it back, even if it means buying Frank a beer, too! Thanks, Dude. |
