Kansas State played ahead of TCU for a good chunk of their first game, so that one doesn’t seem like a lock. The PAC12 normally eats itself in these moments, though SC does look much better than recent teams out west. |

Wondering if Ryan Day will be run out of town in early 2023. How quickly it all changes. |

I understand that it's how the system works, but it seems crappy that TCU or USC could lose a game/week that Alabama doesn't even have to even play, and then a 2 loss Alabama passes them. |

Same with Michigan. They could lose to Purdue in the Big 10 title game and Ohio State could leapfrog them without having to play another game. |

2019 i was a bit irritated. 2020 i was "done" with harbaugh with the understanding that there wasn't still much Mich could do. he was still their best option more than likely. I just hoped he would figure it out but I was mentally done. he hadn't really developed a QB (they were leaving as well...McCaffery, Milton, etc), and i was basically over his search for an OC. but it kind of all came together. I bet Gattis is having fun at Miami this year. took an decent offense and has only mustered 400yds 4 times. mostly against turds. |

I don't think I have ever seen a kicker miss that bad. not even close. I'm still glad Alabama wasn't any where ear the title game. |

Best running back out, two pick sixes and a fumble on the goal line. Still lost by less than a touchdown. I’d say they belonged but gave the game away. College football is a little better for having Michigan back to some level of relevance again. |

Michigan's first four games: East Carolina, UNLV, Bowling Green, and Rutgers..at home. They really stuck it to them! Even Matt Eberflus could win maybe two of those games. |

Big Ten de facto guaranteed a spot in the playoff. As long as they win @Penn State and repeat the Ohio miracle at home, they'll be back in the playoff again. It's not right, but it is what it is. Might as well treat the non-conf schedule as a pre-season warm up--no point in risking an early L or getting guys injured playing against actual competition. |
