I think this was the last time congress declared war, which is kind of amazing when you think about the amount of time, talent and treasure spent on the military since WWII compared to before.

All you people against legislating by presidential declaration should ponder it for a while. Presidents have arguably been undertaking unconstitutional military actions for 75 years straight

the oberg color film of 'the attack' comes close, doesn't fully sate...lots of plumes of smoke. not one shot of a japanese torpedo or level bomber.

My mom was born the next day will be 83 tomorrow, first time in a long time I will be with her on her birthday. I just wished it wasn’t for the reason it is. :(
