Pipo may be sick of footy posts but this 'mark' is un fucking believable. This is called I think, a 'peccy' and it's legal in the AFL as peecies are so spectacular when done right. A 'mark' gets you a free unhindered kick like a punt to advance the ball toward the other team's goal. A mark must come from a kick in the air like an NFL pass. Video is only 28 seconds. About 10 years ago, one of the PBS substations would show one AFL match of the week on a day or two delay. Those were fun to watch once you watched long enough to understand the rules.if If Peacock, Paramount+, or ESPN+ carried AFL with replays, I'd probably watch part of a match here or there. My second cousins in Melbourne are all Carlton fans and hate Collingwood as much as Cub fans hate the Cardinals. |

It took me watching two games in 1996 to love this game. An actual league game will start the season in near future in Orange County, CA when their cricket grounds are ready. Or some plan like that 18 players a side on the field of play. Cricket grounds are yuge. [Ed note:Just checked and Carlton plays Collingwood this Friday Night, prime time Australia, at the MCG (Melbourne Cricket Grounds). Footy fans, the AFL website moved the delayed match replays again. At the website now go to the 'Matches' link in the top of the page. Scroll down to 'Match Replays'. These are always delayed by a few(?) days. And now you can watch the whole season on replay. Just click on the round you want to see. ive never seen it. that video cut is horrendous. it never shows one play, just the tail end of scores and then people celebrating all the time. dumb as fuck show the game. |

GWS (Greater Western Sydney) Giants Beat the feared Carlton Blues at home. Great game as Giants come back from 39 points behind. Horrible. Swans lose to crap Saints team. Luke McDonald chokes game winning kick for 2nd week inna row just after signing 4 year contract extension. Aii-yahhh! Also Issac Heeney suspended one game for driving a Saints player's face into the turf. But, Carlton and the hated Collingwood also lost. Now comes the last leg of the 2024 season. We've got two Top Men coming back from injuries soon and we are still 8 points (2 wins) clear of the Blues at the top of the ladder. Just after the loss to Saints. That's Our Isaac covering his face.  Also strikeout.im seems better than Buffstreams for free sports streaming. Remember youngsters, if yer not stealing content yer not trying. |

Injury ridden Swans mauled and torn apart by Bulldogs, 87-48. Swans still in first but nobody afraid of them anymore. Giants won so both Sydney teams still in good shape for the finals. Top 8 get in. Carlton also got beat so ladder is a living thing like the USA Constitution. Sydney at Port Adelaide next week. It's Port who beat Carlton. Giants host Hawthorn who are showing very good of late. I still miss Buddy but he stayed too long

Final score 148-36. Still barely in 1st off their 10 in a row earlier. If GWS wins tomorrow Sydney will be #s 1 and 2 but Swans appear finished but can still make the finals. Maybe. Toby Green, GWS Star-Most fines over the years of any player still playing in AFL.

GWS wins with a thrilling come from behind victory. Toby Greene carried this team today along with Jesse Hogan. Their number rating, which I have no clue about, puts the Gs one something out of 2nd place but with the same ladder points. ?  Our Toby
